The House of German business WestLB Panmure has lowered its recommendation on the license Telecom Italy, from Outperform to Neutral. In light of the results of the 2001 budget presented yesterday by telephone group, analysts at WestLB were pretty cautious about Telecom Italy, maintaining a target price of 10.50 euros. The title is now trading at 9.60 euros, down 2.44%.
