Roche sells branch of activity ‘Dutch Dsm

The Swiss pharmaceutical group Roche has announced it will divest its vitamins and fine chemicals division to Dutch DSM for approximately 2.25 billion euros. The division in the transaction currently employs approximately 7,500 people around the world, with a turnover of around 2.4 billion euros.
